30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Solwyn within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@solwyn.ai and we'll refund your subscription fees — no questions asked.
The 30-day guarantee applies to subscription fees only. Usage-based overage charges are excluded.
Subscription Fees
Monthly plans
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase and have not exceeded your plan's included request volume, you are eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but your plan will remain active through the end of the paid term.
Usage & Overage Charges
API usage that has been consumed (requests processed, tokens tracked) is non-refundable. Overage charges — billed when your usage exceeds your plan's included request volume — are also non-refundable.
Solwyn provides real-time usage dashboards and configurable threshold alerts at 50%, 75%, and 90% of your plan limits so you can manage your usage before overages occur.
Free Tier
The free tier requires no credit card and incurs no charges. It is available indefinitely as a way to evaluate Solwyn before committing to a paid plan.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge for a plan you did not authorize — contact us at support@solwyn.ai. We will investigate and, if we confirm an error, issue a full refund for the affected charge.
Downgrades & Plan Changes
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You will not be charged the higher rate again, but the difference for the current period is not refunded.
EU & UK Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By accessing Solwyn's services and beginning to use the platform, you acknowledge and consent that the right of withdrawal is waived once service performance has begun. This consent is captured during checkout.
How Refunds Are Processed
Payments for Solwyn are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. All approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
To request a refund, email support@solwyn.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
